Just 6 easy steps...

Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

• 50 g butter
• 15 g margarine
• 90 g sugar
• 2 nos eggs
• 150 g cake flour
• 5 g baking powder
• 100 g blueberry (drained)
• 30 ml milk

Method:

1) Combine butter,margarine and sugar.Blend till light and creamy.

2) Add in eggs slowly.

3) Fold in flour and milk alternately.

4) Fold in blueberries.

5) Pipe into paper-lined cup cake moulds.

6)Then bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes.

My Ambition

hi i am Rina..my goals are not to be a good chef but a good cook..after my N level,i come to shatec to pusure my dreams.i join pastry and baking because i got the interest in baking and got passion in it also..though i am not up to the standard,I will try my very best in it and learn more from friends and teachers.After 3 months of theroy,I will be going to attachment for two years but till now i still don't know which hotels yet.If can,after my two years attachment,I hopr that i got the chance to upgrade myself to go to courses that related to me by going overseas to pursue my dreams or something like that.Hope 5 years later,I can have my own cafe or cake shop.
